Job summary

Vlink is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/PMO professional in Bandra (West), Mumbai to coordinate R&D and Manufacturing projects. MBA degree is mandatory and 4–5 years of PMO experience in Manufacturing/Pharma/FMCG is required.

You will track timelines, manage dependencies, and prepare status reports while working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Domain Experience is must. Location: Bandra (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400050, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across R&D and Manufacturing functions.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project status reports and support project governance activities.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and drive timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:
