Job summary

Essvee Services in Delhi invites applications for a Project Coordinator (Furniture Industry). Based at Chhatarpur, this role requires 2–4 years of experience and involves coordinating sales orders, production planning, and site installation to keep projects running smoothly.

You will liaise with design, procurement, and shop floor teams, prepare regular reports, and ensure timely delivery with zero snag. Working hours are 9:00–6:00 PM, six days a week.

Responsibilities

• 1.To scrutinize the sales order received from sales team member and ensure that it is entered in sales database correctly.
• 2.To co-ordinate with project team and ensure timely measurement is taken for all projects received by company.
• 3.To create WhatsApp group of all concerns which may include sales, site supervisor, design team and sales head to ensure that all concerns are well informed on time.
• 4.To co-ordinate with purchase team to ensure that all material is available to execute the project and elevate the delays to the sales head and MD.
• 5.To co-ordinate with production head to ensure that all orders are taken in production plan as per the customers priority.
• 6.To co-ordinate with shop floor executive/production executive to ensure that speed of production is par the agreed time line and escalates if they there are chances of delay.
• 7.To notify all difficulties and challenges to all concerns on regular basis and update sales team and Director accordingly.
• 8.To prepare daily weekly and monthly report of all difficulties and challenges and reasons of the same.
• 9.To resolve all conflicts and challenges if reported by any department by escalating to concern team member.
• 10.To communicate with project team for timely installation of each project.
• 11.To ensure that all projects are handed over within agreed timeline with zero snag.
• 12.To co-ordinate with all concerns on daily basis to avoid any skips or last moment delay.
• 13.To obtain customer feedback report from project team and ensure 100% customer satisfaction is being achieved.
