Job summary

Moonbox, part of Element8 Group, is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support branding and creative projects across strategy, design, and content.

You’ll coordinate workflows, manage briefs and feedback, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication and flagging risks early. A proactive, collaborative mindset will help drive quality and efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in branding or creative environments.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with creative workflows and standard project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, tasks, and deliverables across clients and internal teams.
• Manage briefs, feedback, revisions, documentation, and project updates.
• Maintain clear communication, track progress, and flag risks early.
