Job summary

Advantage Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Control Coordinator in Kerala with 1–3 years in advertising or digital marketing. You will manage 8–10 client accounts, coordinating between design, content, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.

Responsibilities include handling timelines, budgets, and progress tracking, while maintaining strong client relationships and regular updates.

Qualifications

• 2.5–3 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, basic SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all client requests are completed on time.
• Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate tasks with design, content, and social media team.
• Manage end-to-end account operations, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and daily task tracking.
• Ensure all digital marketing deliverables (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO activities, Content, etc.) are executed as per schedule.
• Do content strategies for the respective clients allotted.
• Act as the primary communication point for assigned clients, maintaining excellent relationships and regular updates.
• Track daily progress, update status reports, and share them with clients and management.
• Identify competitor strategies and contribute new ideas for campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular internal follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Efficiently manage 8–10 client accounts with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
