Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, tasks, and deliverables across clients and internal teams.
• Manage briefs, feedback, revisions, documentation, and project updates.
• Maintain clear communication, track progress, and flag risks early.
• Support quality control and improve team workflows and efficiency.
• Consistently follow up on monthly payment collections, as timely collections are critical to the business.
• Identify and flag potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities at each project milestone.
