Job summary

Advantage Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Control Coordinator in Kerala to manage 8-10 client accounts. You will coordinate across design, content, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables.

The role requires hands-on experience in an advertising or digital marketing setting and strong multitasking abilities. You will handle timelines, budgets, and daily task tracking while maintaining excellent client relationships and clear status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism & Mass Communication with Video Production, or a related field.
• 2.5-3 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, basic SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 8-10 client accounts with strong multitasking and coordination.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure client requests are completed on time.
• Manage end-to-end account operations including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and daily task tracking.
• Ensure digital marketing deliverables (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Content) are executed as scheduled.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Control Coordinator with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an advertising firm or digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling 8-10 clients simultaneously, coordinating smoothly between teams, and ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all client requests are completed on time.
• Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate tasks with design, content, and social media team.
• Manage end-to-end account operations, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and daily task tracking.
• Ensure all digital marketing deliverables (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO activities, Content, etc.) are executed as per schedule.
• Do content Strategies for the respective clients allotted.
• Act as the primary communication point for assigned clients, maintaining excellent relationships and regular updates.
• Track daily progress, update status reports, and share them with clients and management.
• Identify competitor strategies and contribute new ideas for campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular internal follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Efficiently manage 8-10 client accounts with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism & Mass Communication with Video Production, or a related field.
• 2.5-3 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, basic SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, content planning, and workflow efficiency.
• We are looking for candidates based in Kerala only.
