We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 1 year of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning and executing project tasks and activities. Help in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Communication: Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ensure that all parties are informed of project status, issues, and changes.
• Scheduling: Coordinate project meetings, track deadlines, and manage project schedules. Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Resource Management: Help manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials. Track and report on resource usage.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address any project issues or risks. Escalate problems to Project Managers as necessary and assist in finding solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and updates for Project Managers and stakeholders. Assist in analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure that project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
