Job summary

Ani Integrated Services Ltd seeks a capable Project Coordinator to plan, schedule, and track large industrial projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, SHE, Procurement, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and governance.

You will support CAPEX budgeting, prepare reports and dashboards, and manage risk, safety actions, and handover documentation. Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project/Primavera skills are required; FMCG or Pharma process industry

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in industrial projects, CAPEX execution, or project coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Pharma, or Process Industry would be preferred.
