Job summary

Somany Ceramics Plant is seeking a skilled CAPEX Project Engineer to drive planning, execution and commissioning of capital projects in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee budgets, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience in tiles/ceramics manufacturing, a mechanical diploma or B.Tech, and hands-on knowledge of SAP MM/PM, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in capital projects and compliance
• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering required
• Experience with SAP MM/PM, AutoCAD, MS Office is preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver CAPEX projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Manage installation, commissioning, and trial of new equipment
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors for smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
