Job summary

Sharnam Project Development Consultants & Co. in Vadodara is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to oversee billing, planning, and project coordination across multiple industrial projects.

You will prepare client and contractor bills, monitor schedules, and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 58 years of experience in Billing, Planning, and Project Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and certify client bills, contractor bills.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Develop, update, and track project plans using MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, vendors, and clients for timely execution of deliverables.
• Verify work quantities, measurements, BOQs, and work completion status.
• Track project cash flow, billing status, and revenue realization.
• Follow up on approvals, drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Identify schedule delays and prepare recovery plans with project stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate project records, billing documentation, and contractual compliance.
• Support management in project forecasting, resource planning, and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate across multiple industrial projects to ensure timely reporting and execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 58 years of experience in Billing, Planning, and Project Coordination.
• Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Data Center, Pharma, Process Plant, or Large Commercial Projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Billing, Project Scheduling, and Construction Management.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP software.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with PMC, EPC, Consultants, and Contractors will be an added advantage.
