Job summary

Pressurejet Systems in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage factory expansion and industrial projects. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal departments, track milestones, and ensure activities stay on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, ownership and problem-solving, with experience in MS Project, Primavera P6 and advanced Excel. Knowledge of CAPEX projects and vendor management is preferred, and work will be conducted

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical, civil, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Experience in industrial/factory projects preferred.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones and pending activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal departments.
• Follow up to ensure activities are completed within timelines.
• Monitor progress vs. plan and highlight delays.
• Maintain project trackers, vendor status, drawings approvals and procurement.
• Provide progress reporting and document project MIS.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive timely solutions.
• Conduct site visits as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones and pending activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal departments.
• Follow up continuously to ensure activities are completed within timelines.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, utility and factory infrastructure activities.
• Maintain project trackers, MOMs, vendor status, drawing approvals, procurement and material status.
• Support cost tracking, project documentation and progress reporting.
• Identify project bottlenecks and coordinate practical solutions.
• Handle multiple project activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Take ownership of assigned work and drive closure without repeated reminders.
• Conduct site visits as required for progress verification and coordination.
