Gallagher in India invites experienced professionals to join our agile delivery teams. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, guide project progress, and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into workable solutions.

You will mentor junior staff and coordinate offshore resources, ensuring compliance with IT policies and agile practices while delivering on time and with quality across global clients.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SCRUM, Agile, or similar PM methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile development team processes and manage lifecycle.
• Plan sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
• Act as liaison between development teams and product management.
• Identify and resolve impediments and ensure project progress.
• Manage projects using SCRUM and/or Agile frameworks.
• Supervise junior professionals and offshore resources.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Specializes on the facilitation of an agile development team and manages the process and project management, in accordance with agile principles to oversee the software development lifecycle. Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements. Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project progress is made. Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones. Manages projects using SCRUM and/or Agile frameworks to accomplish project objectives and manage the work Manages more junior level Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups. May have supervisors reporting to them.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
• Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
• Ensuring IT Compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed.
