Gallagher in India is seeking a capable software professional to design, develop, and deliver software systems from concept to production for local and cloud-based environments. You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and end users to build reliable, scalable solutions and to improve existing applications.

The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with strengths in app development, database design, and system integration.

How you'll make an impact

Specializes in planning, designing, and developing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications from concept phase to series production used in local, networked, cloudbased or internet related computer programs. Developers design, code, test, debug, and document program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and endusers in the development and enhancement of applications. Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs. Codes in relevant languages. CAREER: Applies advanced knowledge of sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include:

• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

About you

Qualifications:

• University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
