How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Maintains application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm. May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes. Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS). Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups. May have supervisors reporting to them. Responsibilities typically include:

• Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
• Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
• Ensuring compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed.

Qualifications:

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
