How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Serving as an expert within own discipline
• Specializes in planning, designing, and developing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications from concept phase to series production used in local, networked, cloudbased or internet related computer programs.
• Developers design, code, test, debug, and document program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and endusers in the development and enhancement of applications.
• Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs.

About you

• Skills and Competencies
• - 8+ years on the .NET Framework
• - 5+ years on the .Net Core
• - 5+ years of C# programming experience
• - Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC development
• - Strong experience in full stack development (frontend and backend)
• - Strong experience in front end frameworks (Angular.JS/ReactJS)
• - Strong experiencing JavaScript/Frameworks (jQuery), CSS3/Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5
• - Strong experience with SQL Server development (stored procedures, functions, in memory objects, query optimization)
• - Experience with WCF, Web API, and Console Apps
• - Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns
• - Experienced in the SDLC (processes and best practices)
• - Strong experience with software development principles and best practices (good coding skills)
• - Good understanding of the application security (SDL and OWASP security principles)
• - Experience with techniques to quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• - Insurance industry experience is a plus Skills and Competencies: o Full-Stack Development: Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development.
• o .NET Development: Over 5 years of experience working with.NET Core, including C# programming expertise.
• o Frontend Technologies: Proficient in Angular.JS,ReactJS,JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery), CSS3/Bootstrap, and HTML/HTML5.
• o SQL Server Development: Strong expertise in stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• o Service Development: Experience with .Net API development.
• o Azure Cloud Services: Azure-based application development with hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Function App, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and ADFS.
• o Application Architecture: Knowledge of design patterns and application architecture principles.
• o Agile Methodologies: Experienced in Agile ceremonies and best practices. o Coding Standards: Strong adherence to software development principles and best practices, ensuring clean and efficient code.
• o Application Security: Good understanding of SDL and OWASP security principles.
• o Troubleshooting: Skilled in quickly diagnosing and resolving application issues effectively. o Domain Knowledge: Experience in the finance/insurance/benefits domains would be a plus.
