Job summary

Aevitas Pharmagro Tech is seeking a resource planning professional to optimize occupancy across multiple projects by tracking capacity, demand, and skill requirements. You will monitor chargeability, conduct weekly and monthly manhour tracking, and forecast hours to align with project schedules and resources.

The role requires an Engineering Consultancy background and adherence to project priorities, with early joining essential. IT industry candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare resource occupancy planning across multiple projects by tracking capacity, demand, and skill requirements.
• Monitor resource chargeability at individual and project levels; identify underutilized/overutilized resources and support corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly and monthly manhour tracking, maintaining records of actual vs planned hours and analyzing deviations.
• Prepare monthly manhour forecasts aligned with project schedules, deliverables, and resource availability.
• Execute manhour loading for projects based on scope, timelines, and resource capacity.
• Support resolution of resource availability and allocation issues by coordinating with project managers and functional leads.
• Maintain and update change order logs, tracking status, impacts, and approvals in coordination with project managers and clients.
• Conduct client follow-ups and coordination for project updates, change approvals, and issue escalation.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts based on project progress, manhour consumption, and billing milestones.
• Track project control dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.
