Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Architect role based in Manjeri. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design details for residential and commercial interior projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include site analysis, space planning, material and finishes selection, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves overseeing project documentation, participating in client meetings and presentations, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and quality checks. The Architect will also contribute to visual storytelling, design research, and the integration of climate‑responsive, culturally rooted solutions in each project.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and spatial solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software; experience with Integration of design tools and workflows is beneficial.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project progress from concept to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Experience in residential architecture and interior projects, preferably with exposure to climate‑responsive and context‑driven design.
• Ability to work on‑site in Manjeri, collaborate effectively in a studio environment, and communicate clearly with clients and project partners.
• Strong attention to detail, understanding of materials and construction methods, and commitment to functional, timeless design.
