Job summary

CAP ProjectX is looking for a Project Architect to own projects from design development to execution, leading architectural and interior coordination and producing detailed drawings.

You will coordinate with MEP, structural consultants and site teams, review BOQs, materials and documentation, ensuring design intent is realized on site. The role suits a B.Arch graduate with 3–6 years in retail, hospitality or commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• B.Arch graduate required.
• 3–6 years experience in interior fit-outs, commercial interiors or Design & Build projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working drawings.
• Good understanding of construction detailing, materials and execution.
• Working knowledge of MEP coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who takes ownership and can independently drive deliverables.

CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering end-to-end commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B, corporate and other commercial spaces. From concept and design to execution, we work closely with our clients to bring projects to life.

We’re looking for a Project Architect who can take ownership beyond the drawing board and drive projects through design coordination, technical detailing and execution.
