Job summary

Innovative Techno Park is seeking a Senior Architect Executive in Gurugram/NCR to lead architectural and interior design from concept to execution. You will handle design planning, technical drawings, material selection, client/vendor coordination, and site supervision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and hands-on knowledge of space planning, working drawings, and construction detailing.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Interior Architecture/Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant architecture/interior design experience and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and interior project types (commercial/residential/hospitality).

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts per project requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Review GFC/execution drawings for site accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients to capture requirements and expectations.
• Present design concepts and material selections to clients.
• Coordinate with interior designers, draughtsmen, civil teams, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution per drawings.
• Resolve design, technical, and site issues during execution.
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and interiors elements.
• Prepare/review BOQs, material specs, quantities, and project docs.
• Ensure work follows designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Check measurements and coordinate with site teams.
• Review junior drawings and provide corrections.
• Manage multiple projects and timely design deliverables.
• Maintain coordination between design office and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with building standards and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support during execution and handover.
• Perform other architecture/interior-design duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect Executive to lead architectural and interior design activities from concept development to final execution. The candidate will be responsible for design planning, technical drawings, material selection, client coordination, vendor/contractor coordination, and regular site supervision.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior architecture, space planning, working drawings, construction detailing, and project execution, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts as per project requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare and review GFC/execution drawings and ensure accuracy before site execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, design preferences, and project expectations.
• Present design concepts, drawings, material selections, and design proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with interior designers, draughtsmen, civil teams, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Resolve design, technical, and site-related issues during execution.
• Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and other interior elements.
• Prepare/review BOQs, material specifications, quantity requirements, and project documentation.
• Ensure that construction and interior work follows approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Review drawings prepared by junior architects/designers and provide necessary corrections.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Maintain proper coordination between the design office and project/site teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support during execution and handover.
• Perform any other architecture/interior-design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Degree or Diploma in Interior Architecture/Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design and project execution.
• Strong experience in commercial, corporate, residential, hospitality, or real-estate interior projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Enscape/Lumion will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and interior detailing.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices.
• Good client-handling, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
