Job summary

Diggvijay Architects LLP is seeking a motivated Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience to lead architectural projects from concept to construction. You will translate design concepts into technical drawings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with our design vision.

The role requires hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design; site experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs that align with project goals and client expectations.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee and track project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Assist in tender document preparation and construction administration.
