Job summary

PBD-Designo Architects Pvt. Ltd., based in Navi Mumbai, seeks a Senior Architect to lead design development and project execution from concept to completion. The candidate will manage client relations and guide the team to ensure excellence in every stage.

The role requires 4–5 years of professional experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong leadership and communication skills. COA registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 4-5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Professional registration with COA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop and present innovative design solutions that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details.
• Prepare and review presentations, working drawings, and client submissions with attention to quality and detail.
• Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and materials to continually enhance design quality.
