Qualifications

• 3–6 years in programme operations, group travel, MICE, or educational tour management.
• Strong written English for participant and university communication.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• You will run cohorts from enrolment confirmation to alumni handoff.
• Own pre-departure operations: visa guidance and documentation, travel coordination, participant onboarding packs, parent/sponsor communication.
• Manage on-ground delivery at Cambridge and other venues — schedules, faculty coordination, accommodation, transport, contingencies.
• Travel with cohorts as programme lead; handle issues in real time with calm authority.
• Manage vendor contracts and programme budgets to margin targets.
• Run post-programme workflows: certificates, feedback, testimonials, alumni community induction.
• Continuously improve delivery playbooks and safety/safeguarding protocols.

About the Role

We are looking for a Programme Manager to own end-to-end cohort delivery, based in Delhi NCR with international travel during programmes.

Experience managing group travel, events, or educational programme operations.

Familiarity with UK visa processes (Standard Visitor visas, group applications).

Comfort managing participant communications at scale (parents, executives, educators).

Familiarity with budgeting and cost control for programmes/events.
