Global Education Lab in Delhi NCR is seeking an Admissions Counselor to convert student and parent inquiries into enrolments for study-abroad and premium education programmes. You will conduct structured counselling calls, guide families from first enquiry to seat confirmation, and manage incoming leads from campaigns and events.

The role requires 1–3 years in admissions counselling or education inside sales, fluency in English and Hindi, and willingness to work evening/weekend slots.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to convert student and parent enquiries into enrolments, based in Delhi NCR.

Experience counselling students/parents for study-abroad, test prep, or premium education programmes.

Familiarity with consultative phone/video sales to families.

Exposure to CRM-managed lead funnels and follow-up cadences.

Understanding of overseas education aspirations of Indian families.

Comfort with evening/weekend calling windows when parents are available.
