Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive data research and maintain large databases covering energy markets, infrastructure, policies, pricing, and emerging technologies.
  • Update data regularly using sources such as industry publications, regulatory agencies, data providers, and web research.
  • Provide technical inputs for programme and project design, including scheme structure, scope, eligibility criteria, and evaluation logic.
  • Support mission-level programme planning, monitoring, progress consolidation, and risk tracking.
  • Prepare project reports, policy briefs, client presentations, and stakeholder consultation materials.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and technical inputs.
  • Develop forecasts, cost-benefit analyses, financial models, and implementation strategies for public and private sector clients.
  • Coordinate with government bodies, industry partners, consultants, and international agencies.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration to support smooth programme execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience managing projects in natural gas and fuels sectors.
  • Strong research, analytical, quantitative, and modelling skills.
  • Experience in database management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programmes in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Hands‑on experience leading Green Hydrogen projects across production, handling, utilisation, and emerging hydrogen value chains.
