Job summary

NextAgile is seeking a Program Manager & Change Leader to translate strategy into execution for large-scale transformation projects. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across business units while embedding agile, OKR and lean practices for faster value delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders to define actionable roadmaps, coach teams on change leadership, and deliver measurable outcomes with sustainable adoption across hybrid Bangalore/remote

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, transformation or change leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of Agile, OKRs and transformation delivery models.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile or Change Management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into measurable impact.
