The role involves partnering with business leaders and HR to diagnose gaps, create roadmaps, and integrate AI-enabled learning experiences while staying ahead of future-of-work trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning design, or organizational development.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience designing blended learning journeys using digital, experiential, and coaching-based approaches.
• Certification in leadership frameworks, coaching, or agile methodologies (preferred).
• Passion for building human-centered leaders who thrive in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end leadership programs focused on agility, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and change leadership.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, simulations, and experiential learning sessions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose leadership capability gaps and co-create development roadmaps.
• Curate and integrate AI-enabled learning tools, assessments, and digital experiences to enhance impact.
• Measure program effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
• Stay updated on future-of-work trends, leadership science, and agile transformation methodologies.
