Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
• Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Drive program governance, reporting, and status updates
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
• Lead Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
• Strong experience managing large, cross-functional programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
