Job summary

Falcon in Bangalore seeks a Delivery & Implementation Manager with SME experience in Credit Cards to lead end-to-end implementation cycles for banking partners. The role requires hands-on client work, coordinating cross-functional teams including tech, product, operations, and compliance.

You will be the on-site single point of contact, drive UAT, deployments, post-go-live support, and manage risks and SLAs in a high-pressure banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the banking industry, focusing on credit-card systems/implementation.
• Deep understanding of the credit-card lifecycle, including onboarding, transactions, disputes, billing, and collections.
• Experience in project coordination, delivery planning, and issue resolution.

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for credit‑card implementation, servicing and lifecycle management.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of credit‑card projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams – tech, product, operations, and compliance.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery & Implementation Manager with subject‑matter expertise in Credit Cards to support the successful implementation of credit card products and services for our banking partner. This role is based in Bangalore and requires hands‑on experience working with banks, managing delivery pressure, and leading end‑to‑end implementation cycles.

• Client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a banking setup.
• Knowledge of card‑management systems, integrations with LOS/LMS/CBS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies are a plus.
