Job summary

Hyperface, Asia’s first Credit Cards as a Service platform based in Bengaluru, is seeking a highly organized PM (Project Manager) with 3–5 years of experience to support and improve project execution. The PMO will govern processes, standardize workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals, reporting, and risk management.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management/PMO or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and reporting.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PM (Project Manager) with 3-5 years of experience to support and enhance project execution across the organization. The PMO will play a key role in governance, process standardization, reporting, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and transparency.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, providing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and organizational policies.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in risk management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or any other project management certification is a plus.
