SBI Card in India seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee key projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You will drive system setups for new product launches and policy changes, including BRD creation, UAT, and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and a commitment to process improvement within a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

Understanding of core systems like V+/CardOne/CEMS/WCP.
Understanding of Operations processes.
Understanding of the regulatory landscape for Operations processes.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and oversee key operations projects from initiation to delivery with high quality outcomes.
Set up new product launches and policy changes on systems, ensuring compliance and smooth rollout.
Develop BRD, coordinate UAT, and align internal and external resources for timely execution.
Monitor risks, issues and reporting; maintain strong stakeholder communication and governance.

Role Purpose

Lead, manage and provide oversee key operations projects from initiation to delivery by ensuring timely implementation with high quality outcomes. The role is responsible for system setups/implementations of new Product launches, policy changes on system as well as projects impacting key Operations metrics like Automation, Productivity, Accuracy, Cost, Customer experience as well as regulatory compliances.

Role Accountability

Work with the Operations Leadership Team to identify and implement projects which support the growth of business & positively impact our key deliverables/metrics on accuracy, productivity, customer experience, TAT & regulatory adherences.
Project Management – Drive critical Projects for operations which includes ideation /conceptualization of changes, Impact analysis & detailed BRD submissions .
Develop detailed Project plans & associated Operations resource allocation /schedules including UAT scripts creation/execution. Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
Stakeholder Management & Communication– Monitor and communicate regular project progress, risks & issues to stakeholders including SMT
Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
Conduct project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Ensure timely & accurate Production system maintenances for Operations systems for the predefined front end setups ( new products as well as ongoing business requirements)
Assess and identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure optimal process flow & outcomes.
Manage various team dynamics & responsible for teams career path ensuring consistency in operations in line with business goals & objectives
Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence as well as Audit readiness - Internal and external audit readiness on records, S.O.P.'s, deviation/exception, processes- measured in terms of adherence to laid down processes
