Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Project Manager for Credit Cards in Mumbai to lead end-to-end onboarding, digital journey implementation, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on process improvements, operational excellence, and managing initiatives from planning to execution within a banking context.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in banking, strong analytics skills, and experience coordinating with Credit, Risk, Technology, Analytics, and Operations, including

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, preferably in Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, or Project/Program Management.
• End-to-end customer onboarding and digital journey implementation.
• Process improvement and driving operational excellence.
• Experience driving digital initiatives and seamless, paperless journeys.
• Ability to coordinate with Credit, Risk, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of TAT, NPS, CSAT, productivity metrics, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing initiatives from planning through implementation and monitoring.

Ideal Candidate Profile
