Job summary

Azimuth Grc is seeking a Senior Program/Project Delivery Leader to own the overall delivery strategy and governance for major programs. You will mentor senior PMs, align roadmaps with business priorities, and drive end-to-end lifecycle management, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk, and execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program/project delivery with 4-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience leading high-performing delivery teams and engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical problem solving.
• Experience with Jira and MS Project; PMP or PgMP preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery strategy and governance framework for all major programs and projects across the organization
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Program/Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and best practices
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align programming roadmaps with business priorities and organizational goals
• Drive end‑to‑end program lifecycle management, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and execution
• Establish and monitor key delivery metrics (timelines, budgets, quality, and outcomes), proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Build and continuously improve program management frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance delivery predictability and efficiency
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical program issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication
• Foster strong collaboration across departments and functions to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery
• Drive change management and adoption of appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) based on program needs
• Present regular program status, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of overall experience in program/project delivery, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional programs
• Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models)
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high‑performing delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CXO‑level leadership and clients
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
• Experience with program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people‑leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
