Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple programs and strategic projects across functions.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive regular reviews, follow-ups, and status updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor project performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Academic, and Support teams.
• Present progress updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve execution efficiency.
• Manage student communications across emails, WhatsApp, and notifications.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives to enhance student experience.
• Coordinate social media communications with Marketing for campaigns.
• Develop SOPs, trackers, workflows, and operating processes.

Vedantu is looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented, and proactive Program Manager to drive end-to-end program execution across multiple cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of operations, stakeholder management, project execution, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination between teams while delivering high-impact programs and an exceptional student experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously. You will be responsible for driving execution excellence, maintaining dashboards and trackers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing communication with students, and ensuring programs are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1] Program & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple programs and strategic projects across functions.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive regular reviews, follow-ups, and status updates to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Ensure high-quality execution while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

2] Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, Academic, and Support teams.
• Drive accountability and ownership among stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Facilitate seamless communication and alignment across teams for successful project execution.
• Act as the single point of coordination for critical initiatives and escalations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor project and program performance.
• Present progress updates, key insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve execution efficiency.

4] Student Communication & Engagement

• Manage student communications across multiple touchpoints, including emails, WhatsApp, and notifications.
• Ensure timely responses and resolution of student queries and concerns.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives to enhance student experience and program participation.

5] Social Media & Communication Management

• Coordinate and manage social media communication related to programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure timely and consistent communication across channels.
• Support campaign planning and execution for program launches and engagement activities.

6] Process Excellence

• Develop and streamline SOPs, trackers, workflows, and operating processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
• Bring structure and process discipline to fast-moving operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Founder’s Office, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
