EY is seeking a strategic leader to drive executive-level visibility and governance across strategic deals and high-priority initiatives in India. The role emphasizes AI-enabled reporting, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision support to accelerate growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, translate complex data into actionable insights, and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring timely, quality delivery of client services

Competenze

• MBA with 6–9 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in growth strategy, performance management, and executive decision support.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Deal Visibility & Executive Intervention Enablement .

• Drive visibility of strategic pursuits requiring executive sponsorship and leadership engagement

What Were Looking For:

• MBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, and Program Management. Professional Services or Consulting experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong expertise in growth strategy, business performance management, and executive decision support
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence through effective governance and project management
• AI-driven mindset with experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance productivity, decision making, and business outcomes
