Job summary

NetApp in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead end-to-end dashboard programs across sales operations and revenue analytics. You will translate complex business problems into scalable Power BI dashboards, self-service reporting, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role partners with Sales, IT, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to define analytics requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive adoption of critical dashboards.

Qualifications

• Lead discovery discussions with senior business leaders to understand reporting priorities and dashboard adoption goals.
• Manage multiple Power BI dashboard projects with intake, scope, prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, releases, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrate strong dashboard design for executive levels from SVP/VP to Sales Reps.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Power BI solutions using SQL, semantic models, DAX and dataflows.
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, documentation, and access controls across data sources.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics and Copilot-enabled workflows to improve speed and impact of reporting deliverables.
• Build executive narratives and insights presentations for sales and GTM leadership.

Job Summary

The Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager is a business-savvy analytics leader who can run multiple dashboard and reporting programs end to end across sales operations, revenue analytics, and executive business insights. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and AI-enabled analytics, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable dashboards, self‑service reporting solutions, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role will partner closely with Sales management, IT, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams to define analytics requirements, manage delivery roadmaps, improve data quality, and drive adoption of business‑critical dashboards. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with VP‑level stakeholders while also guiding analysts and developers through requirements, SQL logic, Power BI design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Lead discovery discussions with senior business leaders to understand reporting priorities, success metrics, decision workflows, and dashboard adoption goals related to Partner Business.
• Manage multiple Power BI dashboard projects simultaneously, including intake, scope definition, prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong Dashboard Designing skills for all the various levels of organization like SVP,VP and down to the Sales Rep Level.
• Develop strong understanding of partner sales processes, SFDC data, pipeline management, forecasting, planning, quota, incentives, compensation, and partner transaction data.
• Design and deliver scalable Power BI solutions using SQL, semantic models, DAX, dataflows, Snowflake or cloud data warehouse sources, and reusable reporting patterns
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, documentation, refresh reliability, access controls, and alignment between Power BI, SFDC, and source data systems
• Use AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, anomaly detection, automated insights, and Copilot-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and business impact of reporting deliverables
• Build executive‑ready narratives, business reviews, and insight presentations that clearly explain trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for sales and GTM leadership

Education

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, revenue analytics, or GTM analytics, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise dashboard portfolios
• Hands‑on Dashboard Designing skills for developing visually appealing dashboards and it is a must have for this role.
• Proven experience building executive‑level Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting frameworks, and data visualization solutions that influence business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, data modeling, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and modern BI delivery practices
• Strong partner program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross‑functional delivery, mentor analytics team members, and communicate trade‑offs clearly to senior stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience applying AI to analytics use cases such as automated data exploration, dashboard copilots, insight generation, data quality checks, forecasting support, and productivity automation is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
