Job summary

SolarSquare Energy Private Limited seeks a high-potential Program Manager to support strategic and operational projects with structured on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to end-to-end project execution. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to drive pilots, planning, governance, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include data collection and analysis, dashboard support (Power BI), and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot.
• Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance.
• Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
• Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management

Eligibility & Skills:

Education
