Job summary

PALMONAS is seeking a highly analytical Program Manager to partner with Customer Support, Silver Category, and cross-functional teams to drive programs from ideation to implementation.

You will own project plans, dashboards, MIS, and leadership reports; translate data into actionable insights; manage risks; and ensure alignment across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Experience in data analysis, Excel/Sheets, and Python for automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong experience in data analysis and dashboarding.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis/automation.
• Strong presentation and business communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into actionable plans.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Startup environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional programs.
• Work closely with Ranjan on Customer Support and Silver Category business & initiatives.
• Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and Business teams.
• Conduct regular reviews, follow-ups, and governance meetings to ensure timely execution.
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and root causes.
• Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.
• Prepare WBR/MBR and leadership review reports.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive them towards resolution.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support new business initiatives and take ownership of special projects assigned by the team.
