Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking an Associate Business Operations to drive end-to-end, cross-functional programs from ideation to successful implementation.

You will collaborate with Customer Support, Silver Category, and other key functions, owning planning, milestones, risks, and governance. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in program management or business operations, with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/Sheets, and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong experience in data analysis and dashboarding.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis/automation.
• Strong presentation and business communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into actionable plans.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Startup environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional programs.
• Work closely with Customer Support and Silver Category teams.
• Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and Business teams.
• Conduct regular reviews, governance, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and root causes.
• Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
• Prepare WBR/MBR and leadership review reports.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers and drive resolution.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Support new business initiatives and take ownership of special projects.

The role requires an all-rounder who can combine business understanding, data analytics, stakeholder management, and strong execution to drive programs from ideation to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional programs.
• Work closely with Ranjan on Customer Support and Silver Category business & initiatives.
• Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and Business teams.
• Conduct regular reviews, follow-ups, and governance meetings to ensure timely execution.
