Job summary

Unext Learning in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a highly organized Program Manager to lead planning, execution and successful delivery of corporate learning and upskilling programs. You will drive end-to-end program delivery, coordinate with clients, trainers, SMEs, and internal teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget and with high learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, or Corporate Training.
• Experience in EdTech, IT Services, or Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate training and certification programs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, SMEs, and internal teams.
• Ensure seamless execution of ILT, VILT, hybrid, and self-paced programs.
• Track progress, budgets, risks, and SLAs.
• Manage trainer onboarding, scheduling, and readiness.
• Coordinate learning operations including LMS, assessments, labs, and certifications.
• Drive customer satisfaction through governance and continuous communication.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive updates.
• Implement process improvements and operational excellence.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of corporate learning and upskilling programs. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end program delivery, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

The Program Manager will act as the single point of contact for clients, trainers, SMEs, internal delivery teams, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
