Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working with HR systems and technology platforms.
  • Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and execution of global performance management, talent review, succession planning, and compliance learning programs.
  • Manage annual program cycles, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensure processes and workflows are executed consistently and in alignment with global standards.
  • Partner with HR Product and Digital HR teams to define business requirements and support system configuration.
  • Coordinate testing, launch readiness activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for talent and learning systems.
  • Ensure effective system functionality and user experience across global populations.
  • Develop and deliver guidance materials, toolkits, communications, and training resources for managers and HR teams.
  • Drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of talent and learning processes globally.
  • Support change management efforts associated with program rollouts and enhancements.
  • Monitor program completion and participation metrics across regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Analytics and HR Product teams to develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
  • Prepare high-quality materials and executive reporting for talent and performance review discussions.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Analytics, and business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
  • Support SOX controls, audit readiness, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance the employee and manager experience.

Context & Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager, Talent Management to lead the deployment and execution of global talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and compliance learning initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of annual talent and learning cycles, system readiness, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and governance. Key Responsibilities
