DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead lifecycle planning and cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, validation and production launch. You will interface with OEM customers for technical reviews and drive continuous improvement across engineering functions.

The role requires 6–16 years in product development, a BTech, and strong exposure to ISO 26262 and ASPICE standards, with leadership in budget and timelines to meet customer

Competenze

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) required.
• 6–16 years of experience in engineering/product development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards ISO 26262 and ASPICE.

Mansioni

• Oversee complete product lifecycle from concept to production launch.
• Ensure QCT targets and First Time Right deliverables.
• Interface with OEM customers for technical discussions and design approvals.
