Job summary

L&T extends an opportunity for a Program Manager to lead the ADAS and Electrification projects within the EPS Mobility business unit. You will direct the PM organization, drive the engineering team to deliver on time, manage budgets, and ensure quality while maintaining automotive standards.

Reach cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, software, and validation groups to meet customer milestones and satisfaction. Strong leadership and cost awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering.
• Senior leadership position experience in Tier-1 supplier or OEM.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete product lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, validation, and PPAP to production launch.
• Interface with OEM customers for technical discussions, design approvals, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and cost optimization.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ASPICE standards.
• Lead problem-solving using structured tools (8D, 5-Why, root cause analysis).
