Job summary

TeamLabs, part of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead the on-ground execution of an international education and entrepreneurship program in India. The role is based in Mumbai or Pune, coordinating logistics, partnerships, and experiential learning for student entrepreneurs.

You will serve as the main liaison between TeamLabs Spain, local facilitators, service providers, and Indian institutions, designing itineraries and mentoring cohorts across six weeks of travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or event coordination involving multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 4 years of experience facilitating large groups in educational, corporate, or community settings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement or grassroots outreach work.
• Strong network across India's startup, corporate, and higher education ecosystem.
• Experience coordinating international programs, educational travel, or intercultural projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with startups, accelerators, universities, and entrepreneurship networks across Mumbai and Pune.
• Plan and coordinate end to end itinerary, logistics, venues, and workshops for an international student cohort.
• Coordinate daily on-ground logistics including transport, guides, vendors, reservations, and scheduling.
• Facilitate experiential learning sessions, structured reflection, and mentoring for young entrepreneurs.
• Support student business projects with market research, lead generation, and business networking.
• Manage relationships with guest speakers, thematic guides, and local facilitators.
• Report progress and manage communication with an international coordination team based in Spain.
• Own end to end program quality, covering logistics, content delivery, and participant experience.

TeamLabs, part of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead the on-ground execution of an international education and entrepreneurship program in India. This is a high-impact opportunity for a project coordination and event management professional based in Mumbai or Pune, with strong stakeholder management skills and an established network across the startup, corporate, and academic ecosystem.

TeamLabs delivers the official Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (LEINN), where student entrepreneurs travel internationally on immersive Learning Journeys. In this program, a cohort of international students will travel to India for six weeks, beginning in Mumbai, moving to Pune for live business projects, and concluding in Kolkata and Agra.

As Program Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact between TeamLabs Spain, local facilitators, service providers, and Indian institutions and companies. You will design the India itinerary, coordinate logistics and local partnerships, facilitate experiential learning sessions, and mentor international student entrepreneurs on real business projects.

• Strong network across India's startup, corporate, and higher education ecosystem
• Experience coordinating international programs, educational travel, or intercultural projects
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; working knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Prior experience working with universities, international programs, or NGOs is highly desirable
• Strong logistics, vendor management, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently
