PCG Food Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for a reliable, hands-on professional to join our food manufacturing facility in Poman, Vasai East, Thane, Maharashtra. The role covers daily production operations, machine readiness, technical coordination, and warehouse management.

Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra. Employment: Full-time. Start: As soon as possible. Salary: INR 50,000–70,000 per month, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, dry powder blending or flour/mix manufacturing.
• Practical production-floor experience and basic machinery understanding.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory management and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production readiness of machines, materials, packaging, and manpower.
• Support operation of key equipment and maintain machine cleaning before and after production.
• Coordinate maintenance and service engineers when required.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and batch records.
• Manage raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods storage.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and FIFO/FEFO.
• Maintain warehouse and inventory records in the computer system.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and products.
• Coordinate production workers and maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline on the floor.

Job description

PCG Food Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for a reliable, hands-on, and structured professional to join our food manufacturing facility in Poman, Vasai East, Thane, Maharashtra.

The role will be responsible for daily production operations, machine readiness, technical coordination, and warehouse management.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities


• Ensure production readiness of machines, materials, packaging, and manpower


• Support operation of ribbon blender, screw conveyor, gyro screen, auger filler and packing machines


• Ensure proper machine cleaning before and after production


• Coordinate maintenance, fitters and service engineers when required


• Maintain preventive maintenance and machine-readiness checks


• Manage raw material, packaging material and finished goods storage


• Maintain stock-in / stock-out records


• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and FIFO / FEFO


• Maintain computer-based warehouse and inventory records


• Ensure correct handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods


• Maintain production, cleaning and basic batch documentation


• Coordinate production workers and helpers


• Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline on the production floor

Candidate profile:

• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, dry powder blending, flour/mix manufacturing or similar industry


• Practical production-floor experience


• Basic technical understanding of machinery


• Experience in warehouse / inventory management


• Comfortable using a computer, Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software


• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented


• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi

Experience with food-processing equipment, FSSAI-compliant production, batch traceability, and powder-handling systems would be an advantage.
