Job summary

Zoho, Pune-based FMCG manufacturer, seeks a fresh candidate to plan and execute daily production activities in a fast-paced plant. You will ensure resource availability, monitor machines, and maintain hygiene per GMP standards.

The role involves reporting on production metrics, coordinating with Quality and Maintenance, and complying with safety and FSSAI standards. Fresh graduates with 0–1 year in food processing are welcome, with on-site work and potential shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology or related discipline.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in food processing/manufacturing.
• Exposure to extrusion processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production activities as per targets.
• Ensure availability of required resources including packaging materials, manpower, utilities, and electricity.
• Monitor machine performance and review breakdowns.
• Supervise production processes to achieve efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Maintain plant hygiene as per GMP standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, GMP, and FSSAI standards.
