Macnaught is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Shift In charge Production with strong expertise in Assembly and Machine Shop operations. The role requires technical knowledge, documentation skills, and the ability to manage production activities, manpower, and shifts to meet goals.

You will oversee daily production, ensure targets, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of machine shop processes including CNC, VMC, and conventional machining.
• Experience in assembly operations.
• Expertise in production planning & control (PPC).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Leadership to manage teams and shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
