Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and supervise daily production activities, manage manpower allocation, and ensure targets are met. You will monitor production performance and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and EHS to keep operations running smoothly.

You will maintain production records, handle shift handover, address issues, and drive continuous improvement, productivity and cost-reduction initiatives while upholding 5S, PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and supervising daily production.
• Ability to manage manpower allocation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Awareness of quality and EHS standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production reporting.
