Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and Train shop-floor operators across production and stores to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with planning and production teams to achieve production targets and meet customer delivery schedules.
• Act as the key interface for customer communication, including handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to drive improvements in Quality, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and cost efficiency.
• Ensure material availability and optimize the usage of consumables for efficient operations.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPIs), Failure Analysis (FA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to Production and Quality teams on process, product, and testing-related challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Production or related discipline).

3-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment (preferably electronics manufacturing).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in production and equipment-related issues.

Experience in handling shop-floor operations and team coordination.

Strong communication skills for customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
