Job summary

Nexgen formworks & Scaffolding's in India seeks a production-focused professional with strong AutoCAD skills to read and explain drawings to shop-floor teams. You will monitor daily production activities, coordinate manpower, manage stock, and ensure dispatch accuracy.

You will collaborate across design, production, quality, stores, and dispatch to resolve issues and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (ITI candidates with relevant production experience may apply).
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret and explain engineering drawings to shop-floor workers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Explain production drawings and technical requirements clearly to the production team.
• Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with the factory team to achieve targets.
• Check and maintain records of raw material stock.
• Monitor finished goods and dispatch activities, ensuring correct material is dispatched as per requirements.
• Coordinate between design, production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, quality, and productivity.
