Job summary

Two Brothers Organic Farms in Maharashtra, India, seeks an oil pressing operator to run expellers, presses, and filtration units, ensuring quality and safety on the shop floor.

You will monitor temperatures, pressures, and flow during extraction, maintain hygiene, GMP, and safety standards, and help record production data while coordinating with maintenance for breakdowns and routine checks.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma preferred (Mechanical / Food Processing)
• 0–2 years’ experience in oil mill or FMCG food processing unit
• Knowledge of oil extraction, filtration, and hygiene practices
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety conscious

Responsibilities

• Operate oil expellers, presses, and filtration units as per SOPs
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow parameters during extraction
• Ensure proper filtration and clarity of oil before transfer/storage
• Maintain hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards on the shop floor
• Record production data, oil yield, and losses accurately
• Identify abnormalities and report equipment or process deviations

Job Purpose

Operate oil pressing and filtration machinery to ensure efficient extraction, filtration, and transfer of edible oils while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate oil expellers, presses, and filtration units as per SOPs
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow parameters during extraction
• Ensure proper filtration and clarity of oil before transfer/storage
